Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Physics Faculty / Physics Lecturer to join our academic team in Lucknow on a part-time basis. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, interactive Physics lectures that simplify complex theories for students.
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans, study materials, and regular assessments.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, problem-solving sessions, and dedicated doubt-clearing classes.
• Provide academic mentorship and guidance to help students achieve their potential.
• Prepare students thoroughly for board exams and competitive entrance exams.
• Maintain a disciplined, encouraging, and collaborative classroom environment.
• Collaborate with the academic team to contribute to curriculum enhancement and institutional planning.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Physics, preferably for board and competitive exams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related field (B.Ed. is preferred).
• Profound knowledge of Physics concepts and their practical applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to explain complex scientific theories in a simple, comprehensible manner.
• Strong mentoring, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
