Job Overview

In this role, you will deliver high-quality education, guide students through board and competitive examinations (including NEET and IIT Foundation), and foster an engaging, practical learning environment. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver highly effective Chemistry lectures (covering Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry) for school, intermediate, and competitive exam students.
• Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans, assignments, and study materials.
• Conduct practical laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols and active hands-on learning.
• Prepare students thoroughly for board exams, NEET, and IIT Foundation programs.
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, interactive revisions, and student mentoring.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress through structured tests and assessments.
• Maintain classroom discipline and encourage interactive, concept-based learning.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members and academic coordinators to enhance the curriculum.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Master’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field (B.Ed. is highly preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (NEET / IIT Foundation coaching experience is an added advantage).
• Skills: Deep subject matter expertise, strong classroom management, and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to simplify complex chemical concepts for diverse student groups.
