Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior English Lecturer to join our faculty in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to teach intermediate students, focusing on improving their language proficiency, grammar, communication, and literary understanding. The successful candidate will conduct engaging sessions that enhance reading, writing, and speaking skills while ensuring students are thoroughly prepared for their board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive lectures on English language and literature in accordance with the curriculum.
• Conduct structured sessions focusing on grammar, creative writing, and reading comprehension.
• Develop and implement academic strategies to prepare students for board examinations.
• Facilitate activities that improve students' verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Design, administer, and evaluate tests and assignments to monitor student progress.
• Provide individual mentorship and constructive feedback to support student growth.
• Maintain a dynamic and interactive classroom environment to encourage student participation.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English).
• Exceptional command of the English language with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to work full-time and commit to the academic development of students.
• Open to freshers with a strong academic background in English literature and language.
