Junior Lecturer – Chemistry

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Junior Lecturer in Chemistry to join our academic team in Hyderabad. This role is designed for passionate educators who can deliver conceptual and application-based teaching to Intermediate (MPC/BiPC) students. The successful candidate will help students excel in board examinations and competitive exams such as IIT-JEE and NEET by simplifying complex chemical concepts and building a strong foundational understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear, engaging, and comprehensive Chemistry lectures.
• Prepare and implement structured lesson plans aligned with the syllabus.
• Train students for both board examinations and competitive levels, including IIT-JEE and NEET.
• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and performance evaluations to track student growth.
• Provide personalized academic support and dedicated doubt-clearing sessions.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure an effective learning environment.

Requirements

• A Master’s Degree in Chemistry (M.Sc Chemistry).
• Strong subject matter expertise across Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• 0–5 years of experience (Freshers with a strong command of the subject are welcome to apply).
• Ability to teach with a focus on competitive exam patterns.
