Assistant Professor – Computer Science & Engineering (Coding & Frameworks)

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Professor with a deep passion for programming and software development. Unlike traditional academic roles, this position emphasizes hands-on coding and practical application. You will be responsible for teaching core subjects such as Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) while mentoring students in modern full-stack development and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Delivery: Facilitate learning in core programming subjects, including Python, Java, C++, and Web Technologies.
• Coding Lab Leadership: Conduct intensive coding labs with a focus on clean code principles, effective debugging, and version control using Git/GitHub.
• Project Mentorship: Guide students through their 'Major' and 'Minor' projects, encouraging the development of scalable applications such as Pharmacy Management Systems or Sales Dashboards.
• Hackathon Coordination: Organize and mentor student teams for national-level hackathons and prestigious coding competitions like the Smart India Hackathon.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends—including Django, Laravel, and Cloud Deployment—to ensure student projects remain industry-relevant.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: M.Tech in CSE/IT is mandatory. Possession of a Ph.D. or currently pursuing a Ph.D. is a significant advantage.
• Technical Stack: Mastery in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript). Proficiency with web frameworks (Django/Laravel) and Database Management Systems (SQL/NoSQL) is required.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of teaching or industry experience is preferred. Candidates with exceptional coding profiles (e.g., GitHub repositories or high LeetCode rankings) are highly encouraged to apply.
